Snap Healthcare – Self-Registration

Expedite the testing process with Snap Healthcare’s Self-Registration for patients.

  1. On the main login page www.SnapLabResults.com,  the patient should select “Self-Register” (see screenshot) or give them the direct link on your clinic website https://snaplabresults.com/new-pre-register.php


  1. The patient should complete all fields, then select ‘Submit.”

 

  1. Once submitted, the patient will be shown a self-registration code on the confirmation page, and a text message will be sent to their cell phone.
